Qualtech CIP system is configurable at all points

Qualtech CIP system is configurable at all points(temperature, conductivity, flow, time). In addition, a significant amount of recipe can be programmed. The controller can have multiple levels of security allowing different type of users to have access to parameter levels or different recipe. During washing, the operator knows at all times wich washing step is made, these steps and the conditions required scroll on the screen in order to move to the next step. Normal stages of a cycle of CIP are:

• Pre-rinse with cold water
• Washing with alkali
• Rinse the alkali
• Acid Washing
• Rinse the acid
• Final Rinse

Other steps may also be included such as sanitation, a system purge and drying ducts. It is possible to insert or repeat several times the same stage with or without the same parameters as for example in cold rinse followed by a hot rinse. Audible alarms as well as error messages to the operator display allows the user to quickly diagnose any problems and resolve them.
